Aircraft Profile Photo
Make the Overview screen your aircraft’s own by adding a profile photo. Until you add one, a stock aircraft image sits at the top of the screen. Each aircraft has one profile photo.
You need the Officer or Manager role to change the profile photo.
Setting or changing the photo
Section titled “Setting or changing the photo”- Open the aircraft.
- Tap the camera icon over the photo.
- Choose Take Photo, Choose from Gallery, or Pick from Files.
- Crop the image, then confirm.
If the aircraft already has a photo, BetterPlane asks you to confirm before replacing it. Tap Replace to continue, or Cancel to keep the current photo.
Camera vs. gallery vs. files
Section titled “Camera vs. gallery vs. files”- Take Photo: opens your device camera. Not available on web.
- Choose from Gallery: opens your device’s photo library.
- Pick from Files: opens your device’s file browser. Accepts JPG and PNG files up to 20 MB.
Removing the photo
Section titled “Removing the photo”BetterPlane does not have a separate remove option. To change the profile photo, replace it with a different one.
